Beth Abraham Family of Health Services is a complex of two eight story yellow brick buildings connected by a four story red brick building at the intersection of Allerton Avenue and Bronx Park East.
Manhattan, East Side: FDR north to Triboro Bridge. Follow bridge signs for the Bronx and take Bruckner Expressway, Route #278) East. As you approach the Sheridan Expressway, bear left to remain on Bruckner Expwy. Take the first exit on the right, marked Bronx River Parkway. Follow the service road and immediately after the overpass, turn right onto the Bronx River Parkway, northbound to Exit # 8E: Allerton Avenue.
Manhattan, West Side: North on West Side Highway to Henry Hudson Parkway to Exit # 24: Mosholu Parkway. Proceed 2.5 miles to end of Mosholu Parkway. Turn left unto Theodore Kazimiroff Blvd toward the Bronx River Pkwy. Follow it 0.5 miles to end under the BRP at Bronx Park East and Allerton Avenue.
Westchester: Bronx River Parkway South to Exit # 8W: Allerton Avenue. Take exit ramp 100 yards to traffic circle marked Allerton Avenue/BRP. Use the rotary to make a U-turn and continue back under the Parkway overpass to Allerton Avenue.
Rockland County: NY State Thruway (#87 / #287) south across Tappan Zee bridge 1.0 mile to Exit # 8: Cross Westchester Expressway (#287.) Go east 1.0 mile to Exit #3: Sprain Brook Parkway south, toward NYC. Proceed 10.0 miles to merge of SBP into the Bronx River Parkway; to Exit # 8W: Allerton Avenue. (See directions from Westchester.)
Connecticut: Merritt Parkway south to Hutchinson River Parkway south, to Exit # 15: Cross County Parkway west toward GWB to Exit # 6: Bronx River Parkway south. Go south on Bronx River Parkway 4.5 miles to Exit # 8W: Allerton Avenue. (See directions from Westchester.)
Queens: Whitestone or Throgs Neck Bridge to the Cross Bronx Expressway (Route 95/295) South (toward George Washington Bridge) to Exit 4, Bronx River Parkway North. Continue on Bronx River Parkway North to Exit # 8E: Allerton Avenue.

New Jersey: George Washington Bridge to Cross Bronx Expressway (Route # 95) to Bronx River Parkway North to Exit # 8E: Allerton Avenue. Or take the GWB to Henry Hudson Parkway, and follow Manhattan, West Side instructions above.
Subway: Take the IRT # 2 (7th Avenue line) directly to Allerton Avenue; or the IRT # 5 (Lexington Avenue line) to 180th St, and transfer to the # 2. Beth Abraham is three blocks west at the corner of Allerton Avenue and Bronx Park East.

A 20 minute ride from Grand Central on the Harlem Line train to the Botanical Gardens stop. Exit the platform and walk East through parking lot toward the NY Botanical Gardens entrance. You are now a half-mile from Beth Abe. You can walk East along the Mosholu Parkway, hail a cab or call Prestige Cab at 718-798-7700.
Bus: Take the MTA Bronx # 26, which stops directly in front of Beth Abraham on Allerton Avenue; or take the MTA Bronx # 39, which stops on White Plains Road at Allerton Avenue, three blocks west of Beth Abraham. Beth Abraham is at the corner of Allerton and Bronx Park East.
