Skilled Nursing/Long-Term Care
Beth Abraham’s residential Long-Term Care facilities offer patients with long-term chronic disabilities a full range of services in a residential setting. Working in close collaboration with the social service, recreational therapists and rehabilitation staff to maintain the resident’s health and enhance quality of life, Beth Abraham’s RN’s, LPN’s and nursing attendants create a level of care that can only be achieved through a combination of personal and professional skills.
There are special programs for young residents as well as residents with dementia and memory loss. Support is also available for family members and spouses.
If special adaptations are needed when a resident returns home, a social worker and rehabilitation therapist visit the home and recommend modifications that will make the resident’s return home easier. |
