Cross Westchester Expressway, #287 Eastbound: Take Exit # 4 marked NY Route # 100 A Hartsdale. Go right on # 100 A 0.1 miles to intersection with Route # 119 (Tarrytown Road). Go east on Route # 119 for 0.7 miles, keeping to the right lane through the railroad underpass at which Tarrytown Road becomes Main Street. Directly after the underpass, go right on Bank Street 0.3 miles bearing right up the hill at Fisher Avenue which is a continuation of Bank Street. Remain on Fisher Avenue 0.2 miles, up the hill past Highland, Intervale and Lafayette Streets to Tibbits Avenue. Go left (and up) on Tibbits Avenue over the crest of the hill. Schnurmacher Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation is at the bottom of the hill, on the left, before the intersection of Tibbits Avenue and Lynton Place near Route # 22. Parking spaces are available in front of the facility.
Cross Westchester Expressway, #287 Westbound: Take Exit # 5 marked NY Route # 100 North, to end of ramp. Go left at stop sign (Hillside Avenue) and proceed over Route # 287 to the first traffic light, Route # 119 (Tarrytown Road). Go left (east toward White Plains) on Tarrytown Road. Stay on Route # 119 for 1.1 miles, keeping to the right land through the railroad underpass at which Tarrytown Road becomes Main Street. Refer to the directions tfrom Cross Westchester Expressway # 287 Eastbound from this point onward.
Bronx River Parkway - Northbound: Travel to Exit # 19, Walworth X. Turn left onto Walworth Avenue. Proceed up the hill through a traffic light at which Walworth Avenue becomes Fisher Avenue. Stay on Fisher Avenue one more block to its intersection with Tibbits Avenue. The Rochambeau School building is a landmark to watch for on your left. Go right (and up) Tibbits Avenue over the crest of the hill. Schnurmacher Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation is at the bottom of the hill, on the left, before the intersection of Tibbits Avenue and Lynton Avenue near Route # 22. Parking spaces are available infront of the facility.
Bronx River Parkway - Southbound: Use Exit # 22 (Westchester County Center). Go right and then immediately left (eastbound) on Route # 119, Tarrytown Road. Keep to the right lane through the railroad underpass at which Tarrytown Road becomes Main Street. Refer to directions from Cross Westchester Expressway # 287 Eastbound from this point onward.
Sprain Brook Parkway - North and Southbound: Take Exit marked Route # 100 B, Greenburgh/Ardsley. Go east toward Greenburgh on Route # 100 B (Dobbs Ferry Road), 1.2 miles to intersection of Route # 100 B and Route # 119 (Tarrytown Road). Go east on Route # 119 toward White Plains for 1.1 miles through the railroad underpass at which Tarrytown Road becomes Main Street. Refer to the directions from Cross Westchester Expressway # 287 Eastbound from this point onward.
Long Island/Queens: Whitestone or Throggs Neck Bridge to the Cross Bronx Expressway (Route # 95/295) South (toward George Washington Bridge) to Exit 4, Bronx River Parkway, Northbound. Now refer to the directions from Bronx River Parkway Northbound.
