From Midtown Manhattan/Queens: Queens Midtown Tunnel to I-495 east to the Grand Central Parkway east. Take the Grand Central Parkway to the Van Wyck Expressway/I-678 south. Take the Van Wyck Expressway/I-678 to the Nassau Expressway/Rout 878 east. Nassau Expressway becomes Rockaway Blvd. Continue on Rockaway Blvd. till it becomes Rockaway Turnpike. Follow signs for Long Beach/Rockaways, right lane to Route 878. Continue on Route 878 to Central Avenue. Make a right onto Central Avenue. Continue on Central Avenue to Mott Avenue; make a left onto Mott Avenue. Continue on Mott Avenue to Cornaga Avenue. Make a left onto Cornaga Avenue. Look for 1821 Cornaga Avenue on the left. Go past 1821 Cornaga Avenue to Morse Court; make a left onto Morse Court to proceed into the parking lot.
From the Bronx: (612 Allerton Avenue): Bronx River Parkway south to the Cross Bronx Expressway, exit 4. Take the Cross Bronx Expressway towards the Throgs Neck Bridge. Take the Throgs Neck Bridge to the Cross Island Expressway south. Continue on the Cross Island Expressway to the Belt Parkway west. Continue on the Belt Parkway to Francis Lewis Blvd. Take Francis Lewis Blvd. to Brookville Blvd. Make a right onto Brookville Blvd. Continue on Brookville Blvd. to Rockaway Blvd. Make a left onto Rockaway Blvd./Turnpike. Continue on Rockaway Turnpike; follow signs for Long Beach/Rockaways, right lane to Route 878. Continue on Route 878 to Central Avenue. Make a right onto Central Avenue. Continue on Central Avenue to Mott Avenue; make a left onto Mott Avenue. Continue on Mott Avenue to Cornaga Avenue. Make a left onto Cornaga Avenue. Look for 1821 Cornaga Avenue on the left. From Brooklyn: (520 Prospect Place): Take Atlantic Avenue to the South Conduit. Continue on the South Conduit to Nassau Expressway.
